About the Author

J.R. Strayve, Jr. was born to a nomadic military family, attending nine schools before entering college. Following service in the United States Marine Corps, he raised a family. It is here that he discovered his talent for “spinning tales,” regaling his young children with spontaneous bedtime stories. His passion for history spoke to him. He spoke back and wrote the epic alternative historical series, Braxton’s Century. Braxton's Century volumes 1 & 2 are available. Volume 3 is soon to follow.  He is currently writing the sequel to hirst first book, First Spouse of The United states and co-authoring a non-fiction Whistleblower Expose on mismanagement, systemic intimidation and compromised care for veterans nationwide within the Veterans Administration. And in the not to distant future volume 4 of Braxton's Century will be release. Beyond that, he has a follow-on to the Bratxon’s Century series, the Millennial Moguls Unhinged tri;ogy. A short story, The Lieutenant & The Vintner and a novella, Vainglorious, are available.
